1. Pricing is indicative, not final

Every price shown on this site — on the Products & Pricing page, in the Quantity & Cost Calculator, or anywhere else — is an indicative rate at our Tirunelveli warehouse at the time it was published. Prices can change with order quantity, transport distance, and current raw material cost, and are not a binding quotation. The confirmed rate is whatever our team quotes you directly on a call or on WhatsApp before you place an order.

2. Calculators are estimates only

The Quantity & Cost Calculator and Civil Engineering Calculator use standard, publicly documented rule-of-thumb construction formulas for planning purposes. They are not a structural design, a bill of quantities prepared by an engineer, or a guarantee of actual material required on your site. Site conditions, wastage, workmanship and design specifics can all change real requirements. For load-bearing or otherwise critical work, consult a qualified structural engineer.

3. Product information & images

We try to keep specifications, sizes and photos accurate and representative of what we stock. Natural materials like clay bricks and cast concrete products can vary slightly in colour and finish between batches — this is normal and not a defect. Please confirm exact specifications for your order before it ships.

4. Orders & delivery

Orders are confirmed directly with our team by phone or WhatsApp, not through an online checkout on this site. Delivery timelines, minimum order quantities and payment terms are agreed at the time of order and may vary by location and material availability.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for republication, or use it in any way that could disrupt the site for other visitors.

6. Intellectual property

The design, layout, original photography, and written content on this site belong to Selva Traders unless otherwise credited. Please don't reproduce it elsewhere without asking us first.
